Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of asphero.co and related Asphero communications (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who we are

Asphero is a platform for entrepreneurs. We operate digital ventures such as Videohub and offer healthcare product development services, including apps, websites, systems, and compliance readiness support.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or abuse the Site or its infrastructure
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse content or contact information without permission
• Submit false, harmful, or unlawful information when contacting us
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with Asphero

Separate products and services

Videohub and other Asphero ventures may be hosted separately and may have their own terms. Healthcare product work is provided under separate project agreements, statements of work, or contracts. Those documents control if they conflict with these Site Terms.

No professional advice

Content on this Site is for general information only. It is not legal, medical, compliance, tax, or investment advice. Mentions of HIPAA, PIPEDA, or other frameworks describe areas we can support — they are not a guarantee of certification or regulatory approval for any specific product.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, branding, text, and other materials are owned by Asphero or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without prior written permission, except for fair use or as allowed by law.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asphero disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asphero will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for claims related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
